End of Season Giants Round Two Draft Prospects

Following up on my post on end of season Round 1 draft prospects, I look at the round two prospects that caught my eye. Available prospects are based on consensus prospects listed on nflmockdraftdatabase.com. Here are the prospects listed in their consensus draft position.

Versatile playing OT and OG
Going into 2020 Vera-Tucker had 670 pass block snaps since 2018 and allowed only 8 QB pressures

Pat Freiermuth, TE, Penn State Consensus Position 35
In 2019 a 17.6% team market share of receiving yards (indicative of long term starter)
Among Tight ends tied at 4th in Tds in 2019 and sole 2nd in 2018
Great mix of size and athleticism – a beast

Creed Humphrey, OC, Oklahoma, Consensus Position 37
Humphrey allowed zero sacks or hits in pass-protection this season.
Ranked seventh among all FBS centers in run-blocking grade at 82.4.

Terrace Marshall Jr., WR, LSU, Consensus Position 38
32% Team market share receiving yards (indicative of long term starter)
Seventh in TDs in the NCAA with 10
Marshall has size, speed and strength. He has outstanding ball skills and excels in contested catches.

Carlos Basham Jr., ED, Wake Forest, Consensus Position 40
4.8% Solo / 20.7% TFL / 33.3% Sacks (TFL/Sacks indicative of a potential All-Pro to Pro Bowl player)
2020 Preseason PFF’s 2nd ranked edge rusher.
Multiple games in 2019 with double digit pressures.
Over 50 pressures in each of 2019 and 2018.
2018-2020. In 31 games Basham has 33.5 tackles for loss, 19.5 sacks, seven forced fumbles, and a defensive touchdown.
The biggest edge rusher among nfldraftnetwork’s edge rushers in the top 100 players.

Nick Bolton, LB, Missouri, Consensus Position 41
15.4% / 16.5% team market share solo tackles 2020 / 2019 (11% is indicative of a potential All-Pro to Pro Bowl player).
PFF’s 2019 best non-DB coverage defender – 2 interceptions and forced 8 total incompletions, allowing only 180 yards on his 330 snaps in coverage.
In 2019 fifth in solo tackles in the NCAA and 13th in 2020.

Eric Stokes, CB, Georgia, Consensus Position 42
43% Int / 17% PD / 4% Solo (Interceptions and passes defended indicative of a potential All-Pro to Pro Bowl player).
Stokes did not give up a play of 20+ yards this season.
In 2020 Stokes had 4 interceptons and 2 for touchdowns.
Stokes is fast, tall and has a strong work ethic and high football IQ.
He allowed only a 40% completion percentage his 2018 redshirt freshman season.

Liam Eichenberg, OT, Notre Dame, Consensus Position 49
Eichenberg has not allowed a sack from Week 5 of the 2018 season (his 5th start) thru the 2020 season.
Liam was PFFs highest graded Notre Dame linemen thru 9 games this season on a line they graded as the best in college.
Named the best blocker in the ACC, winning the Jacobs Blocker Award.
Eichenberg has only allowed the QB Book to be hit only once this season.

Jaelan Phillips, ED, Miami (FL), Consensus Position 50
4.95% Solo / 16.7% TFL / 26.7% Sacks (Sacks & TFL market share indicative of a potential All-Pro to Pro Bowl player)
Received 4 nominations (AFCA, Athletic, CBS, USAT) for 2020 All American. Only two other defensive ends received more.

Andre Cisco, S, Syracuse, Consensus Position 51
8.3% Solo / 38.9% Int / 25.0% PD (indicative of a potential All-Pro to Pro Bowl player)
In 2018 led the NCAA in interceptions with 7.
A strong work ethic and it goes with elite ball production. Cisco is a ballhawk who is the active career leader in FBS interceptions with 13.
PFF’s third rated safety 2020 preseason.

Trevon Moehrig-Woodard, S, TCU, Consensus Position 53
9.5% Solo / 25.0% Int / 22.5% PD (team market share indicative of a potential All-Pro to Pro Bowl player).
Winner of 2020 Jim Thorpe Award awarded to the top defensive back in college football.
Has 26 combined interceptions and pass breakups since 2019, six more than any other FBS safety in that span.
In 2019 Rated by Pro Football Focus as the highest-graded safety in the FBS with the third-most valuable season in the PFF College era.
In 2019 Allowed just two of 17 contested targets to be caught.

Paris Ford, S, Pittsburgh, Consensus Position 56
11.2% Solo / 33.3% Int / 13% PD (team market share of solo tackles and interceptions indicative of a potential All-Pro to Pro Bowl player).
In 2019 He made the second-most total tackles at the position but led the conference’s safeties with 31 total defensive stops.
In 2019 he had three forced fumbles and three interceptions to his credit in coverage alone, Ford allowed a passer rating of just 56.9 into his primary coverage
Hailed as the Pittsburgh Panthers’ most devastating hitter in at least two decades.
