  • In fifteen of Dallas’ twenty last regular season games the opponent rushed for over 100 yards. The Dallas record in those games was 5-10. The fifteen games was the fourth most in the league. This season all four games are on the list accounting for three losses.
  • In 2020 Dallas has given up 15 passing plays of 20+ yards. That is tie for fifth most in the league with four other teams. In contrast the Giants have given up only eight for the least in the league.
  • In 2020 Dallas has given up 37 rushing plays for a first down which is tie for sixth most in the league with two other teams. In contrast the Giants have given up only 26 which is tie for 21st with 1st being the most.
  • Dallas leads the league in highest defensive touchdown percentage or the percent of opponent passing attempts that result in a touchdown with 8.6%.
  • Dallas has had three turnovers in each of their last three games. The only team with this active streak.

The Giants are 31st in the league in deep passing plays and 32nd in rushing attempts. The rush attempts improved in the Rams game. Continue that momentum. The Giants should pound the ball and  eat the clock. Then take the occasional shot deep.

The other teams in the division have tough opponents. Washington plays the Rams and the Eagles play the Steelers. A Giants victory would be huge and could put them only a half game out of first. Go Giants! Enjoy the game!
